While the shortness of breath that are mild in a pregnant woman, does not require any reliever medication shortness of breath. Mild shortness of breath are generally not dangerous and does not affect the amount of oxygen gained baby in the womb.
But if the woman is experiencing severe shortness of breath and or have asthma, immediately consult a gynecologist to get proper treatment for mothers and their fetuses.
To overcome the shortness of breath on pregnant women are advised to keep your posture correctly, such as sitting or standing up straight, reduce and slow down your movements, like walking more slowly, giving back to the upper body during sleep.
