Meanwhile, Apple seems to have moved to another competitor, Slash gears. Motorola and Apple have been drawn into a trial for months, but only after digging into the new Galaxy Tab it was revealed that Apple has already filed a complaint in Europe with regard to the design of the honeycomb- powered Xoom.
Because Samsung had no idea of the order had gone through, it is quite likely that Motorola is only now becoming aware of this, as it propagates through the Internet. Speculation suggests that Apple is going directly to a permanent injunction with Motorola Xoom only long enough to justify it.
